“Bluey’s Best Day Ever!” at Disneyland Park
Over at the Fantasyland Theatre in Disneyland park, families can experience “Bluey’s Best Day Ever!” This lively show is a brilliant celebration of the heart and humor from favorite episodes of the beloved series. The theater has been completely transformed into a vibrant Fun Fair right out of Bluey’s School, where Bluey and her sister Bingo appear live on stage throughout the day. Joined by a high-energy group of comedic performers and live musicians, they bring popular games and cheeky dance moves from the screen into real life.

Honoring seven incredible decades of magic, the monumental Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration is in full swing. Visitors can enjoy limited-time park experiences, specialty food and beverage creations, beautifully themed anniversary merchandise, and festive entertainment. This historic celebration is set to wrap up on August 9, 2026, making the summer months the perfect time to catch the magic before it goes.
Galactic Adventures Inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
Star Wars fans can step into completely different eras of the legendary saga inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland park. Travelers roaming the Outer Rim outpost of Batuu might cross paths with legendary icons like Darth Vader, Leia Organa, Han Solo, and Luke Skywalker alongside the land’s resident characters.
The biggest news for the galaxy is a brand-new mission debuting on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, launched to coincide with the arrival of the new film, Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, in theaters. Crew members can join Din Djarin and young Grogu to track down elusive ex-Imperial officers across deep space.
To celebrate the film’s release, a limited-time experience titled “The Curious Child” plays immediately following the nightly presentation of “Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga.” Stunning projection effects transform the majestic spires of Black Spire Outpost right behind the Millennium Falcon, taking onlookers on a visual journey through Grogu’s memories of his galactic travels.
Making the jump from the parks to the silver screen, the adorable BDX droids are making their official feature film debut in the new movie! These playful, curious droids-in-training have returned to Black Spire Station on Batuu. Guests can spot them learning on the job, taking on challenges, and showing off their lovable, unique personalities around the outpost.
For those looking to explore the ways of the Force, an exciting, complimentary interactive opportunity is arriving at Black Spire Outpost. The Youngling Saber Building Expo – A Loth-Cat Crew Experience invites young guests (ideally ages 3–9) and their families into Savi’s Workshop to participate in the ancient art of constructing a lightsaber. While this interactive expo is complimentary and does not include a finished saber to keep, participants are given the option to purchase their custom creation at the end of the experience.
Boogie Down at Summer Dance Parties
When the little ones need to burn off some energy, the parks have them covered. Over at Disney California Adventure, the new evening “Disney Friends Dance Party” takes over the Disney Theater (which continues to host “Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!” during the day). Meanwhile, over at Tomorrowland Terrace in Disneyland park, the crowd-favorite “Stitch’s Interplanetary Beach Party Blast” returns, offering an out-of-this-world space adventure filled with high-energy pop tunes and stellar dance moves.

Exploring the parks becomes a fun, self-guided game with complimentary activity booklets. Both main theme parks are offering a specialized family adventure map filled with curated activities and attraction recommendations perfectly tailored to young travelers.

Returning for its second grand year at the Downtown Disney District on June 19, Disney On the Yard Presents Yardfest honors the vibrant culture and musical traditions of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). The high-energy event features incredible drum major performances, including an appearance by Drum Major Mickey Mouse himself!
This event marks the official kickoff to “Celebrate Soulfully: Summer Vibes” (running June 19 through July 19), which showcases Black heritage and culture through music, food, and art. Over at California Adventure’s Paradise Garden Bandstand, guests can check out the Summer Vibes Concerts in the Park, showcasing live acts across Top 40, Jazz, Caribbean, Zydeco, and more, alongside special character greetings and live variety acts on weekends.
The Bubbles Experience at Downtown Disney
From July 10 through August 16, the air surrounding the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage and lawn will fill with thousands of shimmering bubbles during select afternoon and evening times. It forms an incredibly whimsical atmosphere and the ultimate backdrop for a fun family photo opportunity.
